I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms didn't cool very well initially, but the staff managed to accommodate us with an equivalent room after the prior night's sold-out situation. The room I got was clean, extremely nice, and comfortable, plus the great breakfast included was a bonus.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were very roomy and modern, perfect for my family of 5. The service was professional and courteous overall, although one staff member during check-in was not as pleasant. The location was ideal for my meeting at Battle House Tower, making it convenient. The dining options were good with various choices available. The facilities met my expectations, especially the safe parking and balcony in the room.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, and nicely appointed with a comfortable king bed and a large shower. However, I missed having the option for a king bed only. The price of $167 including all taxes, fees, and parking was reasonable.
